The PdR 186:2025
The Certification Report, which aims to interpret Article 3 ‘System for identifying and assessing “low” risk levels’ of Legislative Decree 103/2024, identifies five homogeneous areas as the basis for a voluntary risk identification and management system:
- environmental protection; Part 2 – Draft Regulation 186:2025
- hygiene and public health; Part 3 – food safety – Draft Regulation 186:2025
- public safety; Part 5 – Draft Regulation 186:2025
- protection of public trust; Part 6 – PdR 186:2025
- worker safety; Part 4 – PdR 186:2025
