Abstract
GLOBAL CONSULTING S.A.S. supports clients in identifying and assessing occupational health and safety (OHS) risks – whether regulated or ‘unregulated’ – by improving existing organisational processes required by national and international legislation on the subject, establishing measures to mitigate these risks, and taking the necessary steps to capitalise on opportunities.
The implementation of ISO 45001 involves an initial analysis of OSH regulatory compliance and the implementation of a plan for the necessary legal adjustments.

Method
The client organisation will understand the context in which it operates by analysing all factors and areas, as well as all stakeholders, with a focus on employees and contractors, their expectations and, above all, the associated risks, in order to establish and implement targeted actions to mitigate them. This process of assessing the Context, Risks and Opportunities takes into account the implicit and explicit needs of stakeholders, which may be influenced by climate change or which, in turn, may compromise the organisation’s ability to achieve the expected OHS performance.
