Accredited training
Since January 2000, Global Consulting s.a.s., owned by Avolio Domenico, has been active in the field of workplace safety training, providing consultancy, RSPP (Prevention and Protection Service Manager) and training services. Since February 2015, it has been a body directly affiliated with CONFLAVORO PMI UNASF under registration number EB000F348 and is accredited to deliver certified occupational safety training courses throughout Italy, recognised by the ASR UNICO of 17 April 2025.
Since 2013, the Centre’s Director, who was already an accredited Occupational Safety Trainer under Ministerial Decree of 6 March 2013, has qualified as a Training Project Manager under the Regional Health Agreement of 22 February 2012 to provide the training required for the operation of work equipment for which specific qualifications and skills are required (forklift trucks, cranes, excavators, overhead travelling cranes, mobile elevating work platforms, etc.) under Article 73(5) of Legislative Decree 81/08, as amended. For courses for managers, supervisors, Health and Safety Managers (RSPP) and employers, as well as workers, in accordance with the Regional Agreement of 21 December 2011 pursuant to Article 37 of Legislative Decree 81/08, as amended (basic + sector-specific for all ATECO sectors).
The courses include:

Appointment of an external Health and Safety Manager (RSPP) and a Site Safety Coordinator (CSE).
