Global Consulting S.a.s. was established with the aim of providing businesses with practical and expert support in the fields of business consultancy, health and safety, training, ISO certification, environmental consultancy and waste management, and SOA certification.

The Training Centre
Since 2015, we have been an organisation directly affiliated with CONFLAVORO PMI (code EB000F348), accredited to deliver certified training courses throughout Italy.
Our Centre Director, a qualified Safety Trainer (Ministerial Decree of 6 March 2013) and Head of the Training Programme, ensures that our training courses comply with the State-Regions Agreements, which are essential for obtaining qualifications to use specific equipment.

Global Consulting S.A.S. was established in January 2000 as a result of the founding partners’ shared vision, combining technical expertise with managerial skills. The company’s foundations rest on the solid professional experience of Domenico Avolio (General Director), gained over more than twenty years working in the chemical industry with leading US multinationals. This background has imbued Global Consulting with a DNA based on scientific rigour, process efficiency and international quality standards.
From the very beginning, the company’s growth has also been driven by Ermelinda Casella’s (Sales Manager) twenty years of experience in the field of management consultancy services; she has played a key role in building a relationship of trust with client companies.
Today, Global Consulting is not merely a legacy firm, but a constantly evolving organisation that invests in new skills. Since 2016, the team has been strengthened by the arrival of Davide Avolio (Senior Consultant & Project Manager), who has brought specific expertise in process management and who, since 2024, has been working as a Lead Auditor for accredited certification bodies, guaranteeing clients support of the highest technical standard.
Rounding out the team, the addition in 2024 of Simona Morra (Customer Relationship Specialist) strengthens our focus on the customer, ensuring prompt and dedicated support.

Domenico Avolio
Founder of Global Consulting in 2000. He brings to the company twenty years’ experience gained in American multinationals in the chemical and industrial sector, specialising in industrial auxiliary products. He is the driving force behind the company’s technical and pragmatic approach.
Sales Manager & Co-Founder
Ermelinda Casella
A founding partner, she has been managing the sales division for over twenty years. Her in-depth knowledge of the management consultancy market enables her to identify the most suitable strategic solutions for driving her clients’ business growth.
Senior Consultant & Project Manager
Davide Avolio
He has been with the company since 2016 and has gained solid experience in back-office operations and account management. In 2024, he qualified as a Lead Auditor
for accredited certification bodies, further raising the technical standard of the services offered.
Customer Relationship Specialist
Simona Morra
She joined the team in 2024 and has ten years’ experience in sales and consultancy. She is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring ongoing support and a direct and efficient line of communication.
